Your Guardian Angel by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
It’s hard for me to explain why certain songs or TV series resonate so deeply with me, but I know these two will always hold a special place in my heart. The West Wing is primarily focused on politics, and it might not be for everyone, but for me, it’s more about the connection I feel with the actors. The relationships, life lessons, and personal obstacles each character faces throughout the series feel incredibly relatable. It’s a show that explores human struggles and triumphs, and those moments stick with me.
As for my song choice, I interpret the lyrics in my way (perhaps differently than the artist intended) but they speak to me on a personal level. They echo the struggles I’ve faced over the years and remind me that, in the end, I am my own guardian angel (cheesy as that sounds). It’s a reminder of strength, resilience, and the power of self-belief.
