Went to my second Red Sox game last night. The first one I went to, I saw David Ortiz hit a grand slam. This one, they upped it a notch, waiting until the bottom of the 9th for Kevin Millar to hit a walk-off homer. The place just erupted when it cleared the monster. Definately good times. We even got to have our pics posted on redsox.com. I put a copy of it in my pics album...
After the game I came back to my place and recorded a song that I wrote way back when I was 13. I don't know why, I just decided it was time for it to get down on tape... well hard disk in this case. I'm rather pleased how it came out, though there are a few places where the drum programming could have gone a little smoother, but hey, I'm gonna have a live player record it eventually, so F it for now. Gotta love staying up to all hours of the morning trying to perfect a 2 measure section that is going to get dropped later... but this is the life I lead and love.
