This is a continuation of my last journal, which is a huge entry with a buttload of really kick ass pictures. These ones were taken on April 21st:
I'd never been next to someone that I loved who had as much on their mind and was as anxious as she was that day. Of course I wasn't sure how she'd act but not only that, I wasn't sure how I myself would act. Turns out that I mostly just stayed away from everyone and tried to keep the stress for everyone else to a minimum. A few times I tried to go over and massage her back or talk to her. She was actually doing quite good and tried talking to me too, of course with a tromendous amount of her mind elsewhere.
This is her immidiately after we got back into the car after she hadn't got the news she was hoping for. This is a girl with a lot on her mind.
This whole situation was complete bullshit but there's always good points to every situation. At least we were able to see how well we respond in high stress situations. Out of all of the girls that I've been with I've never been so proud to be next to anyone anywhere remotely as much as I am with Angie (this holds true everywhere and in every regard, not just in this here context.)
After we'd gotten some mexican food at one of her favorite places, on the drive home we realized that we'd forgotten the leftovers and drove back to get them. Along the way we drove on Hoffman Way and I mentioned how we were driving the way of the Hoff. She completely overlooked the reference. I was like "Hoff? Ya know, The Hoff!? That doesn't ring a bell?!" As a side note, the first thing that ran through my mind when I saw the sign was GoogisMcFloogal in chat sitting in his chair. I told Angie dude, I can't belive you didn't know who The Hoff was. Me and Goog are totally never going to let this down.
I still have tons more to post, but I haven't written up any captions on them. Which that, of course, is my main reason for posting the pictures. I actually use this as a journal and come back long afterward to look at what i've written. But tomorrow night I'll probably be pretty busy and won't have much time to write up captions. I'll be havin' fun though, rest assured.
