So been a fabulous day of passive agressive emails from a client. FFS if you are going to complain about we not delivering something, make sure its actually a service that I actually provide! you get what you pay for, and if you want me to work for next to nothing you cant expect to get all the trimmings! $400 for a 4 hour gig where i had to provide $3000 worth of gear, excluding cameras, staff and you kept changing the booking every 2 days.
And you wonder why there were problems!?
"please note, we will note be requiring your services in the future" ... you know what? thats fine. I dont require the headache of working with you for next to nothing either. next time have your shit in order and dont blame me if you neglect to include important information such as the fact Im not allowed to offload my equipment anywhere near the building.
