So I just made an awesome dinner. I made Roman Chicken with one of my famous salads. I realized that I mostly make Italian food though. I typically go all out every tuesday and it is mostly Italian.

So.... I thought I would ask the help of all of you for a new dish next tuesday. I want to steer away from Italian. So if anyone has a recipe that they are proud of or want to share, let me know.
