I interrupt my silence to bring you some random babbling!
So, I'm totally obsessing on the RPG Orpheus right now...really really loving how it is made and the playability of it...It's made it to my second favourite RPG of all time(Right after Mage: the Ascension). The mechanics work great, and the metaplot is grand...and there are endless possibilities for game play. I really hope this is the direction White Wolf goes with the "WoD 2.0", I know I'd be happy with it.
Ok, Now I'm planning on some road trips in the near future...mainly to Atlanta, especially next month. I'm so going to go see the SGBurlesque show when it's there, and I also have a couple of friends I want to visit anyway. Some friends and I are also heading to Chattanooga, TN for ChattaCon as well as to do some apartment hunting for one of my friends who may be starting a job there soon. After that, I think it's back to Atlanta for Fantasm, if I can squeeze it in. On down the road I also hope to make a trip out to the West Coast and visit some friends in LA..maybe hit Vegas and other cities out that way as well(I'd especially love to see Seattle, and hey...Portland is just a jump away..)
Of course, I also need to fit in some time to finish up a few college classes I'm lacking for degrees...maybe 2 classes for an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems, and maybe 2 semesters worth for my Bachelors degree in...well, I have to narrow that down...I have a fair few options that lack only my final year in school to go through.
Other than that, life is pretty good...I'm reading "Against Method" by Paul Feyerabend, as well as "Speaker for the Dead" by Orson Scott Card...just finished "Ender's Game" by the same. Now to look for more books to devour while I have the opportunity!
Until next time, I return you to...Silence!

If you like Ender and Speaker you should aso read Card's Alvin Maker series. There some of his best.
