Now that I've managed some sleep I can post coherently about DragonCon experiences. I hosted a few room parites that went over really well (20-30 people there at any given time) and realized I /have/ to get a suite next year...just not enough room in the hotel rooms. The best times I had were at Farshad's room parties though...or as they were referred to me at first as "the Naked people party". I hit his parties all 3 nights he hosted, as well as the "after" parties on Saturday and Sunday...and wow. I discovered that Violet Wands are really really really amazing...they are fun to watch and even more fun to use/have used on you. While normally I manage to have a lot of fun at parties, nothing compares to those two nights. Even better is the fact I should be helping host the parties next year! I'm also going to try and make the Fantasm convention from now on, as he's involved with that Con.
As far as the funniest moments of the Con, it would have to be breakfast with a few of the ladies I met along with other friends....I haven't laughed that much at stories, jokes, and general conversation in a while....I'll never forget the Goth guy with vinyl jacket caught in escalator story. *chuckles* Either way it goes, DragonCon was grand...even if I didn't go to any real Con functions. The room parties alone are worth it!

It's good to know that if I ever venture out into the world of DragonCon, I'll know who to ask about where to find the good parties...
