Pole progress

Having heaps of fun at pole this morning! So happy that each week I'm actually able to do something new after months of trying so hard to do the same things. And now I'm getting all excited/nervous to learn a routine for our first ever midyear pole concert! Thank god I have 6 months to learn a routine!

@bellalouise , must be sickening working like that , one can only imagine the number of happy ending "jokes" you must get?!?! Either way , I am recently divorced , and dating is hard af and it sucks , also crazy hard getting laid :/ Thats why I have beer and summer weather I guess :)

I imagine that happens all the time in any "fun" or "relaxing" job. I'm sure you'd love to just tell the client "yes oh so much fun, let's switch positions and you do all the work!" lol. Trust me there's nothing wrong with you on the dating front, sadly there are shittards on both sides of the fence. Don't give up, you'll find the right one eventually. And hopefully in the interim you'll be able to break that Fri spell yer on. ;-)

So today one of my mum's friends came in for a massage today and when we got started she told me how she doesn't get a massage often as she's ashamed of her body. This made me so sad. We're so concerned with covering up or changing our imperfections that more and more often we're missing the point that everybody is beautiful because we're imperfect and different. I've come to the realization that I feel self conscious during massages too but am able to work through it after the first few minutes. Massages are awesome!

(early) 21st celebrations

So next Tuesday I'm 21 but had early celebrations with my mum, sister, grandparents and mum's boyfriend.
