This past month has been the most difficult in recent years. As I've talked a lot here, I hurted my leg and because of that I couldn't move properly for weeks. I even owe a lot of custom content because of this, I didn't forget ok?
But all this prevented me from going to the gym for a little over 1 month. Today, 33 days after the day I got injured, I was able to go back to the gym. It seems completely unimportant to most, I know! From not going to the gym these past 33 days, my depression has reached unimaginable heights. I sank into a hole and it was very difficult to get out and today I remembered why exercising is so important for those who suffer from depression as well.
I spent more than two weeks in bed and today I feel able to change the world just by working out. Exercise is a must for those who don't have their mental health intact, and these last 33 days have reminded me why that is.
My biggest achievement this week was getting out of bed 🖤
Thank you for everyone who has always helped and supported me:

Yes, sometimes Life requires Baby Steps to get to where we want to be, or where we once were. I have made mention of my knee that needs replacing and has been a constant painful companion and gives me a permanent limp. I have adapted as much as I can, which means as little activity that requires the knee, which is a great deal of them. Reading and writing have gotten me through it, as well as a more or less low calorie diet. We do what we can when in physical or mental duress, and you have shown us how well you have overcome your own duress. Thank god we have great and wonderful people to support us!! Well done, Beautiful Woman!
