August was absolutely insane in the best way possible. This was my second annual LA Shootfest event and I wanted to make this one bigger than my last. I hosted this event of 60 attendees not knowing how this would turn out but I put my organization skills to the test to make sure this event went as smooth as possible. This was not easy by any means, and I definitely wouldn't have been able to do this without my partner as support helping me run the event while I was shooting back to back sets. So many amazing creatives came to this event and I couldn't be more grateful for this experience.

I shot 7 Suicide Girl sets! Including a huge multi that was shot by legendary @tripodski and is now SOTD for the 23rd anniversary! WOW. This means so much to me as this is why I do what I do. To bring the community together and create memories. And for the set to get FP too?! I can admit I had tears of happiness when I found out the news 🤍
I also got to work and connect with a Suicide Girl that has inspired me so much through the years. @blizzard was absolutely amazing to work with and I am so grateful she gave my event a chance! Thank you and @msilveira for coming all the way to LA from Brazil, I am forever in awe of the both of you ❤️Keep your eyes peeled for a fun Star Wars set we shot together and also sets from the INCREDIBLE @msilveira 🫶🏻 you guys are my family now and I can't wait to see you both again next year.
To add to this incredible experience - I had my shootfest afterparty at Bar Sinister. There were soooo many of us SGs there, the night was packed! I always love getting to celebrate my events there as there's no other better place to celebrate than my favorite goth club ♥️
Overall, this Shootfest was incredible. I got to meet so many SGs that I've looked up to for years, meet new ones, and now I have friendships that will last a life time. Thank you Suicide Girls for giving me this space to connect with others, for giving me a platform to meet other amazing creatives across the world and now I will continue these events for the years to come to bring all of us together in one place.
