Wow, it's been awhile, I know! Let me first send a thank you to al of you who kindly sent me a congrats about the engagement. I get to marry the coolest gal in the world, and it makes me happy knowing that you all wish me the best.
So, on to the update. Since I last left you, things have been pretty hectic. Things are starting to pick up at the shop finally (thank god), and I've been working my ass off to try and save enough money for everything we want to do this year. But, I'm remembering to have as much fun as possible in the meantime.
Which includes.... VIDEO GAMES! Okay, for all the video game fanatics, I have some recommendations for you. Pick up God Of War. Now. And Cupidsvictim and I rock at Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. It's so addicting (Did I mention that my fiancee rocks?) What else? Oh yeah! Go pick up God Of War! .... Are you still here? Go now! Okay, not to sound like the new sales rep for Sony or anything, but God of War is right up there next to Resident Evil 4. It's like if all your favorite bands were playing one show, just for you, with free drinks, and donuts, and you could have instant orgasms whenever you wanted while you were there. It is just that fucking good. Ok, maybe not THAT good... but it's good....
Moving on.... So, I knew planning a wedding was going to be stressful, but I had no idea how stressful. It's not the whole process, 'cause Cupidsvictim knows what she's doing a whole lot more than I do, and she rocks at it. And she's keeping ME sane on top of it all. Come to think of it, without her, I would've been wandering the streets, talking to myself a long time ago (Again, another reason why I want her around for the rest of my life). It's more the little rules and ettiquette that stresses me out. Making sure everybody's happy, and how to word things, and how the ceremony is supposed to play out. If you ask me, it was a bunch of old, crotchety, conservative businessmen sitting around a conference table that formed wedding tradition as we know it today. But, we'll get through and it'll be good. I'm sure of it. And at the end of the day, I still get to marry my best friend. And I couldn't ask for anything more than that.
At any rate, just wanted to let you guys know what's been going on. Sorry it took so long to post. Hope everything is going well with everyone who reads my stuff. See ya later!
