so i turn 25 today. i got up rather early this morning and started thinking - i honestly don't think i feel 25. some days, i don't feel any older than 20. so i guess it's not so bad. as long as i don't feel as old as i am, it will be ok, right? 
once again, the weather is fickle. yesterday, -7C, today, -22C with a windchill making it feel like -36C. odd odd odd.
had a lovely night alone last night. watched some tv, lovied with the cat, went for a nice warm bath, read more of The Secret Life of Bees (what a lovrrly book), and then laid in the nice warm bed and watched more tv. all in all, not such a bad night at all. the house was quiet, 'cept for the sex noises coming from the downstairs roomie (
), and it was good.
tonight, supper with friends and cake at my house after is planned. my sweet sister is making a black forest cake for me to share with everyone, and a chocolate mousse cheesecake for me to share with no one. yum. chocolate = all kinds of goodness.

i. the scenery, and by that i mean the sand, the water, the critters around. and hot boys and girls don't hurt either...
ii. no. i don't think i look silly at all. there's a stripe on it that's the same colour as my shirt, so not only is my head warm, i'm also coordinated.
iii. i'm partial to the
arrrrrr!
iv. stone house, full of windows, on Vancouver Island, big pottery/art studio on it, nice yard, but not too big. if it was too big, i'd create a bed and breakfast or something. and of course, there'd be the solar panels for energy, etc. etc.

1.on the rare occasion i do actually go to the beach i like the swimming part....sitting around in the sun and getting sand everywhere shits me no end,but i do like a walk along the beach in winter.
