good gord...the people in my office lack so much courtesy it sucks. our receptionist is particularly bad - she's constantly just walking into my office unannounced to bug me about trivial things. i'm trying to get work done here! and my boss isn't much different. i always knock before i walk in to people's offices, but no one else seems to follow that rule. grrrrr....
refresh for a different profile pic...i couldn't stand that bridesmaid one...lol.
yay! friday! last day of the work week. first day of weekend of sleeping. last night's date went relatively well. the restaurant was fantastic, the food a feast for the senses, and the company was wonderful.
we didn't get the chance to go to the gallery, but did go to a bookstore instead and i managed to pick up Lady Cottington's Pressed Fairy 2004 Calendar, with stickers in it of many of the squished fairies for 75% off. what a fantastic find - i was like a kid in a candy store... it was almost embarassing.
i must pick up the newest pressed fairy book. my sister picked up the small version of Lady Cottington's Pressed Fairy Book for me a few years ago for Yule and i've been madly in love with the whole idea since.

1. no... not really
2. long country drives with the windows down... a little too fast and not yet far enough from home
3. The world always seems so at peace as you watch the sun rise... there is always a particular moment of calm just as the sun cracks the horizon when even the birds hush to take it in.... so yes, my answer would have to be sunrise.
