oh sweet orange/tangerine... i love citrus fruit.

had my weekly pottery class tonight. was disappointed as i didn't get to do any wheel work, just trimmed the cups i made last week and put a handle on one to make it a mug. i'm hoping to get into the studio either tomorrow or friday and do some serious wheelwork. i love it so very much. i lose myself in it and lose all track of time. all that matters is the feel of the clay beneath my hands, the way it moves up or down, the spinning of the ridges i create with my fingers...it's so very sensual...and absolutely awesome.

that's about all that's new and exciting so far...work is work...and i'm going out a bit this week...nothing too phenomenal. perhaps i have the wrong attitude though. everything i do should be phenomenal! even if it's just going to a second-run movie with a friend. even if it's a bad movie. it should be phenomenal!

enough of that. i'm going for a bath...
