I am going to vent right quick...

I believe that Restraining orders are a waist of my fucking time..
I had to go through this bullshit a year ago dealing with my exboyfriend beating me, harassing me, and stalking me.. so i got a restraining order.. by doing this...

I had to go to court and face him and relive all of the nightmares again.. but i still got it.

Now tell me this.. if he starts talking to my friends asking personal things about me, like where do i live, what i am doing, where do i work.. that is technically stalking me through my friends.. which is against the restraining order.. ok.. fine...

so i make a report give it to the cops.. they file it, an investigator comes into the picture to see if it truly is or not.. she tells me that he is doing it in a non-harmful manner so she can't do anything about it.. she even told me that she talked to him personally about the situation and he told her that he had moved on from this and that he has a new gf and is moving on....

..... ok... fine... two nights ago.. he comments on one of my photos on facebook...... ... this is direct contact!
ok.. so i call the police.. file another fucking report.. and they tell me to call that same investigator again and talk to her.. so i did.. ... she asked me what did he write..
he wrote, "if only i could go back and fix it..."
to me that is something that hits the heart... deep..
she tells me that its not threatening..

ok... and? your point is???? he is violating the fucking restraining order.. it doesn't fucking matter if he is not threatening me.. i got the fucking thing so that he would leave me the fuck alone!!!!!

so what the fuck am i supposed to do..
