So I really want to try and start cooking more, because I do enjoy it when I can get myself motivated, i'm also trying to eat healthier as well.
I'd also like to try eating vegetarian and vegan meals more often as well, but it's so overwhelming trying to find recipes. It's like because there is so much out there on the internet I don't even know where to begin!
So if you have any killer Vegan or Vegetarian recipes you'd like me to try seriously let me know.

She does require to take in protein supplements - but she also works outside with horses 8-12 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is training for a marathon in end the of April.
Hence I am very well education that Vegetarian and Vegan diets can be healthy ... just like any diet, as long as you get all your needed vitamins and nutrients. Ok ... well, I think and elective vegan-ism is just totally silly. Cutting out dairy (cheese) for me has been hard enough, cutting out meat and animal products is not for me (unless it becomes required by health needs). Of course, I'll eat (or taste) just about anything. With or without veggies, meat or seafood. Even a little bit of dairy is ok.
As with anything in life - education and moderation are usually recommended. Though, do as say, not as I do. I'm likely a poor example/roll model.
That all being said, I'm all for any food that is tasty and healthy. Emjayyy you are very welcome to come up and cook for me any time. I have a spare bedroom and and kick ass kitchen. The townhouse ... of course, before I moved it ... its a tad messier now
