Nothing new to report blog junkies!
Missing teacher finally turned up after 3 weeks MIA, and a company who asked that prospective employees pay for their own medicals (which I did today) has just been told the industrial maintenance work requires less people than originally anticipated, so I'm $250 down when the income is lowest with more than a month to wait before they start...

You're a good man, BD.

I agree you are a truly good man BD.
I have been thinking about getting a motorcycle and going on a cruise across the US, just because it seems like the good thing to do.... also I use to be into zen and I am use to meditating and it kind of helps me and I still do practice it...
in other things, they have yet to find the coward shooter... that and my mind has been else where so I failed my college courses...guess its a sign I do need to get the hell out of here huh? lol
Anyways I really wanted to say thank you and I appreciate your input and your wisdom, and I mean it when I say you are a good man and one o my only true friends here on SG
Cheers to you BD

Full time teacher has gone MIA????
So I'm teaching on, which is very cool, but the predecessor left no curriculum notes and lesson plans, especially for the year 11's and 12's. (Which is sheer bullshit!)
It's ok!!! (ish) But super screw up on my part, having found a draft outline, thought I had to fit soil sciences into only 14 lessons - spent all night,...

Bugger, be cool when we are born, if we come with a set of instructions. Have a easy one friend.

Cheers guys thanks.
In the mean time, whilst I'm not a fan of foreign policy at times, I'm even a lesser fan of our medias' priorities!

No different to horses or any other wild animal really. Know their psychology, and treat them with respect. Except I believe horses have a real sense of affection, which reptiles never have. It is good to see you still maintain contact with the outside world

cybele:
Gee, I knew you were a charmer...but a snake charmer!?!
Beautiful, but deadly, eh?
Quite amazing.

Pneumonia - now too crook to fly back into the field - life would be very interesting if I could concentrate on it withoout coughing all over it - but too sore to cough! To cough or not to cough? That is the question!!

Thanks for the interesting comment! You are always so compassionate - I really appreciate that !
Good luck with your new " baby ". I have a bitless bridle but have never actually put it on a horse!!! Think I need some professional supervision for that
. Maybe when the divorce is over and I'm all settled in somewhere...... until then I'll just ride him in his usual long shank snaffle. Hey - if it ain't broke - don't fix it - right??

Still too crook to fly, so hitched a truck out of the desert, home for a week to kill off this thing - then back up!
Bloody well missed the opportunity to catch up with an Aussie SG member due to being crook - very dark on the universe for that!!!

Deep and meaningful question for the day I think!
Happy New Years SG friends!!

After seeing "Reservoir Dogs" I don't hear that song the same way.
beezadave:
Too true Mr Mattacme, but it haunts me and the circumstances I find myself in, and it amuses my small and simple mind, which is why I'm almost perminantly happy!
(Except for my spelling inadequacies

We have some lovely riding country here.
Equally so, the Tom Quilty 24 hour event - endurance ride, or the Adelaide International 3 day event, equally interesting, especially if your observing with a well stocked hamper of South Australian wines!
