Is there anything worse than guilt??

especially when you KNOW you did something shitty? to someone you care about?

to make a long story short...I had sex(read:fucked)this woman i work with. we'd been pretty flirty and attracted to each other for the last 6 months or so...but had always kept things cool. not anymore. well, i have a girlfriend (of 3 yrs) and she is fucking engaged!!!

i know, shitty people doing shitty stuff. no excuse.

now, its 6:oo, saturday, and I'm well on my way into my personal pity and guilt party...and half drunk; the suns still out.

any advice? ways to cheer me up?

btw, when i sober up tomorrow, i might need to know how to delete journal entries.
