I had a great day today. I also realized that I have a really good life and that I have been very lucky.

I'm flying home tomorrow but unlike most of the time I'm not real excited about it. My grandpa passed away and his funeral will be Tuesday. He lived a very good life. He was 88 years old and was married to my grandma 67 years. He lived to see 52 grand children. I think that's pretty special.

I don't think I like this getting older bullshit. I wake up every morning with something else hurting. My back, shoulders, knees and every other joint in my body. Then there are the ghost pains that just hit you all of the sudden and you're really not even sure what's hurting. Age gracefully my ass!

The bike is packed and we are headed out of here in a few minutes. This will be my 5th trip to Bikeweek, I'm really excited. I'm hoping all goes well and that the weather holds up. I'll try to update in the middle of the week.

Headed to Daytona Beach next week for Bikeweek, can't wait. Looks like I might have a job in Mexico. I should find out for sure this week.

I think I have decided to take a bike trip. I already have a trip planned in a couple of weeks to Daytona for Bikeweek but I'm thinking after that.
