I really like thunderstorms and we got some today. We hardly got any here last year so I missed them quite a bit. If I could I would move to somewhere with a monsoon season.
So I some how got suckered into playing out tonight. Should be interesting as I've only practiced twice this whole year and I'm gonna be spinning 90% new records. Hmm.

It's funny I'm pretty much anti all sports but I'm in physical therapy now for a shoulder injury and I actually sort of enjoy the exercise. Which isn't the same thing really but I've always been kind of exercise machince phobic as assholes seem to you them infinitely more than non-asshole types. it's all electronics....it's a remix of a hit we had several years ago...i do all the music in that band, we're only 2: the singer and I. there's a new album coming out in two months...

The Residents gave an album away on Christmas day, I mean Brumalia, called fittingly enough Brumalia. Just like their other albums it's a bizarre unexpected twist in their extensive discography. It's wacky, weird and funny. Between that and the Holger Hiller I just got I actually have some listenable music for awhile.

The funniest thing happened today. I was walking around my apartment naked and I walked over to my kitty, stretched my arms into the air and did a silly little pseudo-bellydance for her. Then she rolled onto her back and mimicked me by stretching her forepaws above her head and wiggling her belly area. It was so bizarre.
