Fucking Amazing New Year's Eve! I mean, pretty much anything would have been a step up from last year's end (from the bits I remember) but this was like a kajillion steps up. Nothing could have felt more right or given me more optimism about the new year. It would only officially be the new year when I see my besties but starting it off with my girl was...just brilliant. It would have been better if I had gotten some candy and didn't look like a teenage Angelina Jolie right now but that's a whole other can of beans lol.

Home now for the first time in 5 days. Honestly, it doesn't even feel like home anymore. I just count down until I can be with her again. Sick. I know. But I'm happy and proud!
