Okay, so here was my day. I worked job #1 from 9-4, drove home and changed, and worked at job #2 from 4:30-9. A little later I call job #1 to find out my schedule this week, because for some reason it wasn't up yet earlier today. My coworker answered the phone, sobbing. She insisted she was okay, so I figured she didn't want to talk about it and I shouldn't push it. She calls me back like five minutes later and asks if I can cover the rest of her shift, so I go back to work from 10-11:30. That made 13 hours total. Apparently at some point during her shift she and her boyfriend broke up. He then brought his sister to her work to kick her ass, she ended up calling the police, and it was all very dramatic and emotional and whatnot. I knew he was kind of ghetto, but that's just ridiculous. What is the logic there? "I loved you an hour ago, but now I'm coercing family members into assaulting you"?? And what is with the sister thing? Can a guy really convince himself that getting someone to beat up his girlfriend is any better than beating her up himself? At that point just face the fact that you're evil, grow a pair, and do the dirty work yourself. For fuck's sake.
Also, I watched Pretty in Pink for the first time. I think I've got prom fever now. I want a prom movie marathon. I want a Duckie. And a Blaine. I totally thought about making her identical dress to wear to prom. I totally would, too, if it weren't the absolute ugliest thing I've ever seen in my life.
My roommate called me a fat lipped bitch today. I'm not sure what it means, but I know I like it.

What man asks his sister to beat someone up for him?
