It depends on what you want to do while you're there. "Let loose" could mean go check out the sights during the day, check out the bars at night or it could mean riding dirt bikes and getting dirty... or lots of other things. And... do you want to fly or drive? I looked at a map and there doesn't seem to be much around St. Joseph, MO. Drive to Chicago... I've never been but I hear it's great. I'd go to Nashville, personally, but I'm just a country gal so what do I know. Or you could always come to Michigan and say hi to me!

Luckily I work in the shipping office. I never see any of the stupid crap, just finished product. The same thing you see in the supermarket.
Finally got a day off, and had no clue as to what to do. This blows, maybe I should have just worked.

Slept all day once I got off of watch this morning. I am now so awake it is ridiculous. There is nothing to do here, and I am bored.
I have 3 more weeks before I get to see my wife again. I am so excited. I have a watch tonight from 2400-0800. I am actually happy about it because it means I don't have to work tomorrow. 3 day weekend for me thanks to my duty section.
