Sooo...
Apparently Vancouver is losing yet another artistic landmark. The Center for the Performing Arts downtown will be closing it's doors and from the sounds of it will be bought out by... a homophobic church with a ranting pastor... Classy, so fucking classy. This sort of stuff makes me want to tear my hair out and move back to Montreal where people seem to appreciate the important things in life!
To me, the arts in all forms make this world go around. Hell, they almost make it bearable but once they are lost... They do not come back.
Everyone, get out there and support your local scene. It is worth keeping and worth saving!
