ok. i'm better now. it was all my stupid fault anyway. i'll just be living pretty cheaply for the next couple of weeks. it's not like a have a life anyways, so not much of a change there.
here's how i've been trying to get in shape:
-go to the gym 4-5 days a week: 30min of cardio, fool around with some of the machines, 1 day with the personal trainer
-no more pastry items or the 1-2 peppermint mochas from starbucks when i have to work (or when i don't for that matter).
-no more going out to lunch
-drastic reduction in the beer and burger consumption
i don't know how long it will take to see any results, but once i 'm satisfied, i shall reward myself with a gigantic tattoo cascading down my non-cottage-cheese thigh. i'm thinking it'll be years though.
oh, and my mom is still crazy, but i'll save that for another entry.
