Ok, so I've decided to grow my hair for, what will probably be, the final time. I'm 29 and have already started to receed(?). I dream to have more hair again but don't wanna look like a fool. It's an inch long at the moment and I think I'm past the "sticking up uncontrolably" stage, so it'll stay down now. I want it very long and hope it will look ok once grown. Please leave your opinions on whether I should keep growing it to see or shave my head and look like a hoodlum...
