I've been very lazy lately lol
but what I find easier to do and that at least gave me a great result is sit-ups, I had a routine of doing 200 to 300 sit-ups a day, (in the beginning you may find an exaggerated number more with time you end up getting used to it can start with smaller series) sometimes they watched some netflix series and ended up getting cooler, when I realized I already had a defined abdomen and waist.
I also like to play just dance, so I have fun dancing and get in shape, I want to learn other types of dance like kpop, belly dance, pole dance and other things. ;)
