Nothing new to really report.
I'm volunteering for this charity that is putting on a music festival featuring the BEACH BOYS. I know it's not really THAT cool, but nothing beats getting wasted at these things. Of course, that's not the spirit to have when working for a charity, but it's the little things in life. The last time I worked with this organization was at Eeyore's Birthday.
I can't wait to find out how much my Q3 bonus is going to be. It's my first one since I was hired on, internally, and I know I'm eligible for up to $4,200 per quarter. I just hate taxes. Vacation money!
Tom and I are actually saving money. That's never happened before. Granted, we've already made a few deductions when we shouldn't have.. isn't that the story of my life? We've considered cutting back our marijuana intake, but the cons outweighed the pros and it doesn't look like it's going to happen. Can't wait to smoke that Cali herb again!
On a serious note, my nephew Calvin is having heart surgery this Thanksgiving, and I'd really appreciate it if everyone would take a moment of their time and send blessings to my sister. Whether it's a prayer, a candle.. or just a second of contemplation.. I do believe in the power of our minds. You will never understand how hard it is for me to be as far from my family as I am.
On a not so serious note, I've been drinking a lot lately. I haven't been hitting the bars and getting shitty wasted every night, but I've been enjoying my Coors Light a little much while I'm at home. This doesn't really concern me, although it would seem as if it did because I'm blogging about it.. but I do sometimes think about the alcohol abuse my mom subjected herself to when I was a tater-tot. I've only been 21 for a few months and already, I've found that a 24 pk. in the fridge at all times is relaxing. Especially after long work weeks. Another addiction is not something that I need... I'll keep that thought in my back pocket for now.
I don't know if any of you are aware of this, but I haven't smoked cigarettes in over 2 months. For those of you that know me, you should think that's pretty cool.
Seacrest, Out!

I can totally see marijuana on your grocery list.
Hahahaha
He IS big. And he can probably kick your ass.
You're gonna be so funny looking when you hold him.
All, never in contact of any children ever.
Then I hand you an 18 pound baby.
