i have just returned from a little holiday in the South of France, it lasted around 8 days, I know that does not sound little, but it was a beach holiday, mmmmmm I am not going to do another one of those for a while, I'm afraid to many days were similar , in the end i went sight seeing.
I stayed on a camp site, in a big tent, hired out from the owners, my gosh camp sites have changed, now people arrive in motor homes, park up, extend the the sun shade, get the table and chairs up, which sounds great, but most of them fall into the trap of taking root on the camp site and rarely leaving the site except for provisions, once the motor home is stabilised,it never moves, as does the owners.

Also, this is a good reason for taking up birdwatching. (Feathered kind, since you were wondering.)
