OOOhh have not been to the gym for 2 weeks. Now how you pay for going to the gym is similar to Mobile phones or computers, either pay as you go or on a monthly subscription.
A while ago I had big plans to do loads of weights and get big muscles in my arms, chest, and back, but I did to much to soon, and hurt my right arm, it took about a year to go back to normal, so here is the lesson, if you are going to do weights do not lift to much wight, but do your lifting exercises loads of times, its very safe.
I pay as I go, 4 pounds a time, I stay in the gym for around 2 and a half hours (some people only spend around an hour in there) and then have a dip in the swimming pool, which is very important as it stops you stiffening up after a work out. I prefer to pay as I go due to, I only go once a week, which is all I want to go, and once, due to a combination of having a cold, hungover, and being lazy I did not go for 4 weeks, so I saved up to 50 pounds.
