Woke up this morning after an insane, illogical dream about an ex. I should be going to kickboxing, because it's just part of my Tuesday and Thursday routine...... but I feel off. This dream, although no where close to reality, has my head in a fog. I feel like I can't clear the fog. Has that happened to anyone else... Have you woken from a dream, unable to shake it, whether good or bad? What do you do when you need to get the day started or you need to snap out of it, or do you struggle with it all day? I feel like I'll be able to snap out of it but I'll probably miss my kickboxing class and zone out on Fallout 4 and an X-files marathon. Haha!

Ugh I know this feeling, but It's usually when I have dreams which annoy, frustrate me. like dreaming about work and then having to go to work for the day!!! :/
