Today I finished Firewatch. I purchased this game on my PS4 at the recommendation of @Dallas. This game really pulled me in. The story and dialog was funny and entertaining. The artwork is really quite beautiful. The gameplay is a little awkward but didn't lose my interest. It's very much a travel around and find stuff game, which I rather enjoy. When the game ended though I was left feeling like I wanted more, like this couldn't be how it ended. I even researched the possibility of a sequel like I did at the end of A Wolf Among Us.... unfortunately, unlike A Wolf Among Us, Firewatch looks like it will not have a sequel and that has left me a bit bummed.

Because I was left slightly saddened I started back on my Commonwealth quests in Fallout 4, accompanied by the gorgeous and sharp Piper, I really enjoy this character. I was originally doing quests solo but when I met Piper in Diamond City I decided to invite her along. I'm not as addicted to Fallout 4 as I thought I would be. I do enjoy it but I'm not so wrapped up in the story that I just can't put it down. I'm basically like "hey I'll complete this quest and maybe start another" and then I come back to it like a couple days later and repeat the process.

On the comics side of my life.... I have some great comics I'm reading that I wanted to share. I'm finding that I'm reading and enjoying more female main character stories. I love my Tank Girl and Harley Quinn comics. I also started reading Paper Girls and Giant Days, both predominantly female casts and they are so fun and cool. Paper Girls is about these totally rad newspaper delivery girls. Giant Days has three main female characters, friends, who are all VERY different, and that makes their stories so fun to read. Also the artwork is really adorable. I find that good artwork in a comic can really draw me in as well.
I'm always open to comic suggestions if anyone has one they think I'd like. 😊
