mad Have to go back to work in 7 hours. I'm so depressed right now, I kind of wish that I had some more time off, but I did have a good time while it lasted (especially the all night drinking binge with QR4pain last night).
One good thing, only 27 more days until Family Guy is back on! biggrin biggrin biggrin

Paid 1400 dollars for a mountain bike last wednesday, was told I could pick it up monday. It's now friday, and still no bike... mad mad mad

Hmmmmm - what is my secret to being happy in the military??? I love my job because I am posted on a great base (It is an AIr Force Base - for an Army person, this is a sweet posting). Don't be fooled by me though - I do have my bad days. About 4 months ago we had a jet crash here and I was one of the Medics working that day. I almost quite because I am from such a small base that I know each and every soldier very well.

I guesse it all comes down to the reasons for doing the jobs that we do. I love helping people (and shooting my riflebiggrin).

Well I hope for you that you don't have to gofrown I don't like seeing people have to go over there, but if it is better than where you are at right now then I guesse it is for the best. I actually wanna go over seas but I am not deployable because there is a HUGE shortage of medics here right now and because I am on a NATO base, they can't spare me. Back in Hawaii finally, the flight was quite boring, but could have been worse. I got upgraded to first class for free, so it was pretty much drink all I wanted and then pass out. Sometimes being in the Army does have advantages...

Back in CT, gonna miss the hell out of my daughter... will be flying out tommorrow morning and be back in Hawaii sometime around 6. At least I don't have to be back at work for another two weeks!!! biggrin biggrin biggrin
