We've long had a policy of quality and not quantity when it comes to the number of members in the group and we enforce this policy by having periodic culls. I'm afraid this means that you're not in the group now.

I do like your suggestion that I've been stalking your activities. Very funny.
I resisted the urge to write an offensive or condescending message when advising dis-interested people that they're not in the group, I also felt it duely respectful to give my reasons. It's a shame you didn't deem me worthy of such respect when you composed your nasty little reply.

You're dead on when you say that anyone can start a group, maybe you should start one for people who want to be in a group but who can't find the time to make a single post in six weeks of being a member.
As you say, our tiny group is not major cool and so being kicked out shouldn't bother you too much.
