Definately! It's really weird as my sense of smell and tatse has improved so much. I went to the pub a couple of weeks ago and everyone there were smokers. All I could smell when I woke up was stale smoke in my hair. Haven't smelt that for years. It was so minging I had to wash my hair straight away. Good incentive to stop I can tell you!
You're lucky never having been a smoker. Although I was never a heavy smoker I have been smoking since I was twelve. Very strange chaging that mind set after so many years. I just hope it continues to go so well!
