"Future so bright gotta wear shades."

Big successes in my life always bring big fear. I am learning to live with complements, but somewhere in the back of my mind I can't help but feel like someone is going to find me out.

But this time it seems all my hard work is beginning to pay off, as people I don't even know are saying good things about my work. I went to a meeting at Dept. of Public Health and I was introduced by some big department head who shook my hand, grinned and said "so you are The John everyone is talking about."

In this time where secure funding is scarce I feel like I might be coming into my own, of course just my luck it happens as the world ends...
