It's funny how people fear change. People take life so seriously they choose a lukewarm sense of happiness derived solely from the comfort of the familiar. People dream of change, of what life might be like filled with adventure or excitement, in another place, in a new career, with different people. Yet hardly anyone ever acts on their dreams because they're all too afraid to give up that lukewarm water for fear that they'll freeze to death.
When I die, cold and alone, in an unfamiliar place with no money and no friends, I want everyone to know that in reaching that point, I loved every minute of it.
