Anyway, I got an email from yoga girl. Sez she was busy and wants to move in, if I pared the rent down. or if I kept the rent the same but included utilities. I might keep the rent ,include the utilities and add some sort of household chore like cleaning every week or giving me yoga lessons every week or some shit.. Am I eing stupid? Just because she's kinda cute (with an outrageous body?)
