I'm thinking about going to a doctor soon. Every time I run or even do some light biking I start getting wicked headaches. At first I thought it was due to poor hydration but I feel the same even after drinking gallons of water. I also get dizzy just from going from a crouching to standing position, even when I do it really slowly. Orthostatic hypotension generally points to a cardiovascular problem and I am not at all amused by the prospect of going on any prescription meds. Growing old sucks major balls.
