So .... as days go .... this has been one.
I have been having A LOT of difficulty sleeping recently. A visit to my doctor has resulted in me being diagnosed with sleep apnoea. this means I struggle to breathe whilst sleeping and in extreme cases stop altogether. The main cause? Being about double the weight I should be.
This has really scared the hell out of me and I now realise I cannot continue to fill my face with all the wrong foods. I have started to look at eating plans and had a good long chat with a friend who is a personal trainer.
The long road to fitness begins today...... Cover me ..... I'm going in!!
