I have a job interview in an hour and a half.
It's with a family who has a 3 1/2 year old girl (4 in late Nov) who has Aspergers Syndrome. She's on the high end of the Autism Spectrum, so she's not much different from any other nearly 4 year old, but she has some focus issues and she's sensitive to her surroundings. My job would be to basically be her shadow at preschool and help her focus on her work.
I'm kind of looking forward to it.
Despite me advertising myself as an "Infant Nanny/Mother's Helper" on craigslist, I got emails from families with children between the ages of 14 months - 4 years old. I guess it's time to try something new.
I think I'm ready for something new
