My new year's resolutions:
Get SERIOUSLY back into strength training. Get the bench to 300lb by at least Q2 (s'only 25lb off) and to 350 by year's end.
Close the new 3.5 by year's end and/or the BBE and make a SERIOUS dent on the #4.
Squat - to over 400 by Q2 - and 500 by year's end
Deadlift - 450by Q2 - 525 by year's end.
Lose some fat - Velocity diet... 20lb within 20 weeks ---- probably Q2
Get shitloads of tattoos
Try seriously to finish my tattoo apprenticeship.
Get at least one more motorcycle
and
Divest myself of all relationships any more serious than friendship with women.
Make some male friends.

"I wanna lose weight" <----- means dick.
I will lose 10 lb by March <------- is a proper resolution.
Unfortunately, it's hard to quantify friendship, that's my only vague resolution.
