- ooooh how could i forget, having a kick ASS night with slite and MAKING ICE CREAM FOR THE FIRST TIME BY HAND YEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey (at 10pm when we had to get up at 6am! HEHE)

2 cups basil (packed in there)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tb. walnuts or pine nuts
3 garlic cloves
Basically, just blend all of that up in a food processor. I use all organic ingredients and the basil from my garden, but I'm sure it would be delicious either way.
