Well on Monday I had a different kind of massage. I had a girl walk on my back! Its called ashiatsu. I went to Urbana at Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC. http://www.escape2urbana.com It was about a 45 minute drive from my house at the start of rush hour. The Birkdale Urbana is about 3x the size of the Carmel Rd location. My masseuse was Karen. I could see some ink on her upper left arm & wondered if she was a SG. She started out with me lying face down & used her hands to loosen the muscles in my arms & legs. What happened next I couldn't visualize very well, but she stood on the table holding onto bars on the ceiling & walked from my toes to my neck. It felt fantastic! The massage was 90 minutes & I had some facial work done as well. My sinuses were all clogged up & Karen opened them right up.

I talked to my regular masseuse last night & she told me that she was closing her practice till the fall. She kept apologizing, but I told her that I completely understood. I think I'm hooked on Urbana.
