I'd always wondered where I'd be at the time that the toilet decided to erupt & spray its contents all over the bathroom. Now I know. I had just used the toilet. I flushed it & watched with horrified fascination as the water level in the bowl kept rising & rising. But the contents didn't erupt out the top in a geyser, rather they wept out the opening between the wax ring & the pedestal. The floor was quickly submerging!!! I grabbed the plunger & shoved it into the bowl. Up & down, up & down... The water level in the bowl subsided & there was a rapidly expanding pool of brackish water surrounding me.

Quite an anti climax to the movie Wanted that we just watched on Apple TV.
