This week we made salads... Monday was potato salad, I have never ever attempted to make mayo... After 3 tries by hand with a whisk it broke every time at the end... the 2 tries in the blender... again nope... wound up using jarred... Still came out great...

Wednesday was chef's salad with poppy seed vinaigrette and a a cesar salad both oh so good...

I feel so good I had a weekend that just recharged me... As I have posted before I volunteer at Comic Cons well this was one of those weekends... Arrived on Friday and helped out some but the real work (kidding) started Saturday... I was suppose to help one of out guest celebs, but because of weather he was running late so they assigned me...

So Monday, 2-14, I took s header at work go to the ER and they say that I am just bruised and I will be fine give me so pain meds... Thursday still hurting and go to the Dr on a follow up... the y tell me I have hairline fractures in amy ribs and in my forearm FML off work & school for 3...

So this weekend I will be going to my first out of town Comic-con in almost 2 years missed volunteering at cons so much... Got to see some of my friends in March here at our Con... Can't wait...

Update I am working with the celebs I am working with Erik Stolhanske from Super Troopers and Beer Fest fame... This guy is cool...
