one more hour of work then I will be sitting on a patio with the love of my life Shabs having a pint. Come on 3 o clock!

I have a 5km race sunday,hopefully it goes well. They have really cool metals if I win my age category - rocks from the beach that we race to that are handpainted.

We have Ottawa race weekend last weekend - the marathon, half, and some smaller races. There was a 2km fun run this year for the first time and the participant metals were from coconut shells from some third world country...I forget the full details but they were a big hit smile
