no caffeine day- so i decided to take a day off of my caffeine intake to see if it would help reduce my daily anxiety, and i have to say: it feels really good! i mean there were points in time where i'd find myself staring at my screen due to lack of energy, but nothing some mixed fruit salad couldn't fix
at least theres a couple more minutes of sunlight each day making me excited for spring. best thing about winter aside from snowboarding and school being called off sometimes? it makes the summer that much more special when she comes :p

Be careful of the caffeine come-down! Make sure you drink lots of water instead to keep you hydrated and that will stave off the sleepy periods too.
