I posted this before...but I am about to rent a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex in Marietta. I am looking for a roommate. The duplex is over 1000 sq ft. It will be fully furnished. It also has a fireplace and mantle. Also comes with a washer and dryer. I am pretty easy to live with. One stipulation. I do have a 9 month old baby boy. So if you consider this take it into consideration. He is a good baby but is a baby. He doesnt really cry. You also have to like pets since I do have cats. Rent is 650 a month. Which is damn good for a duplex in Marietta. All utilities will be split down the middle. Which would be phone, internet, power, gas, water and cable
