Morning is the most important time of the day, for me. If I listen to my body, and provide what it request, I know I can go along with my day.
And, I’m not talking just about the breakfast, I’m talking about the entire morning. Which means; drinking water, waking up when my body is ready, and the best part, making time for 1 thing that will encourage me to have a positive vibe, in my case, is taking out my dog 🐶.
